2023 Annual Report

Best Moments of Alumni Support H omelessness is an ongoing cycle that is difficult to break. In fact, studies show that up to 36% of transitional housing families become homeless again. That is why once families are on the other side of homelessness, we help ensure long-term stability through our Alumni Support Program. By helping families settle into their homes, providing ongoing case management, therapy, spiritual care and emergency assistance, we tell our alumni that once you are part of the Door of Hope family, you are always family.
