SAMER KATTIH Property : Arrive Wheaton- Wheaton, MD School, Major, Grad Date : Middle Tennessee State University, Management & Public Policy, May 2023 Personal Goal During The Internship : Real estate investments have been the best investment for thousands of years, so learning how to properly manage a piece of real estate as well as the tenants and staff is a vital part of being a successful investor. Second, a major threat to the health and comfort of many people around the world is a lack of affordable housing, so learning how to provide affordable housing and managing it in a profitable manner will be a side benefit for my personal philanthropic work. I am looking for an opportunity to gain knowledge in the field of property management and I am looking for a career at a good company, I think Trinity Properties can help me become an exceptional community manager after college. Fun Fact: I absolutely love bushcraft, which is what we call learning how to survive in nature with minimal resources.
