◦ Beef tenderloin (Chalmar beef, APEX product) ◦ Mash potato with parsley ◦ Baby potato, cherry tomato, asparagus, fennel (steamed and stir-fried, APEX products) ◦ Garlic ◦ Salt ◦ Pepper ◦ Green peppercorn ◦ Elle et Vire cooking cream (APEX products) ◦ Cooking oil ◦ Thyme

Method
◦ Use 200g of Chalmar beef tenderloin (APEX product). ◦ Season the beef with Salt and pepper. ◦ Sear the beef in a hot frying pan containing small amount of cooking oil, garlic and thyme. Cook each side for 5 minutes for a medium steak. ◦ Place the seared beef in an oven at 180 0C and cook for 5 minutes. ◦ Serve with steamed stir-fried vegetables, green peppercorn sauce and mashed potato
