Located on a spacious 900sqm block, Toscano Constructions played an integral role in this elegant Camp Hill home coming to fruition. Initially approached by the land owner with basic plans and concepts for the site, our accomplished Director Sebastian guided all design choices at this esteemed residency. Ultimately, the quality of our build which featured stunning details such as wainscoting and vaulted ceilings, led to the delivery of a luxurious family-friendly space which was listed and sold for a record price in the area.

Initially acquired by a local property developer, this expansive 607 sqm parcel of land was transformed into a glamorous suite comprising of four properties. Occupying a corner block in Fairfield, the original home located on the site was extensively renovated to meet the desires of local buyers. Furthermore, three modern tri-level terrace homes were built behind the established property with each boasting free-flowing floor plans and lavish amenities. Following the finalisation of the project, the four properties were split to individual titles and sold within a speedy time frame of 28 days.
