Initially approached by the land owner with basic plans and concepts for the site, our accomplished Director Sebastian guided all design choices at this esteemed residency. Ultimately, the quality of our build which featured stunning details such as wainscoting and vaulted ceilings, led to the delivery of a luxurious family-friendly space which was listed and sold for a record price in the area.
