INTRODUCTION We are seeking to appoint a Senior M&E Project Manager to develop, implement and manage a strategic investment plan. Working closely with the Facilities & Engineering team, the successful candidate will ensure consistent, high quality and compliant delivery of all projects delivered. With a broad knowledge of complex engineering systems and project delivery processes, you will liaise closely with the facilities team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of projects without impacting operations. Opened by Charles Henry Harrod, an East End grocer and tea merchant, in 1834, relocating to Knightsbridge in 1849, the Harrods store is recognised globally as a symbol of excellence. Reporting to the Head of FM, you will be the primary link with the Store Development team. You will develop and maintain specifications, and the process of interaction between the teams so that development projects can be maintained once operational. As well as ensuring post completion activities are achieved including asset capture, PPM implementation, maintenance agreements, spares delivery and defects rectification.
