Radio-controlled clocks use a battery movement with a miniaturized radio receiver that receives a signal from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) atomic clock in Fort Collins, CO, and adjusts several times a day. With good reception, radio-controlled clocks can give you worry-free, accurate time at an economical price. • Selectable automatic reset for daylight saving time or DST bypass • Shatter-resistant polycarbonate crystal • Single battery quartz movement uses AA alkaline battery (sold separately) • Battery Booster Pack uses six AA alkaline batteries in parallel and connects to radio-controlled movement with battery adapter • Full Battery Pack powers clock up to 5 years

All radio controlled clocks must receive the NIST signal from Ft. Collins, CO, in order to function properly. Due to geographic location and/or building construction, certain locations may not receive the signal. Ask us for a clock to test in locations you would like to use them.
