The Kin Club of Russell’s fourth itera- tion of the Catch the Ace lottery has concluded, the Ace of Spades going to one lucky resident. Russell Township’s Jovette Drolet opened envelope #18 on April 10, revealing the Ace of Spades and claiming the jackpot prize. Drolet was awarded both the weekly prize and the jackpot for a total of $91,841. There were 40 envelopes left in the lottery at the time of her win.
