Taste and Talk Taste and Talk is a vibrant women’s salon with a purpose, hosted in an intimate home in Chappaqua. It is the perfect space to meet new people, deepen friendships, and share big ideas. The monthly gathering hosts thought leaders on engaging and provocative topics that spark meaningful conversations. Sommelier Bobby Chipman from Dodds Wine and Spirits in Millwood will lead participants through a curated selection of wines to complement the unforgettable evening of discussion, connection, and learning. Living with ADHD Learn what ADHD is, why it is so misunderstood, and how to manage it. After hearing about its definition and how each individual presents differently, find out about the executive function skills that ADHD effects. Discuss strategies for building awareness around strengths and challenges and finding solutions for getting things done. Conversation will include ADHD’s impact on relationships, education, and work. Class will provide resources as well as a safe space to share and ask questions. EMILY RUBIN PERSONS is a PCC certified ADHD Coach and board member of CHADD Westchester. She works with adults and students in high school and college who struggle with ADHD. Bring your inner wisdom into the material world by creating a vision board collage. While you create, the sound bath will continue, providing a fertile environment for manifesting health, happiness, and well-being. At the end of the session, share reflections in a supportive community. Leave with renewed clarity and confidence, equipped with a tangible symbol of your aspirations to inspire your journey throughout the year. No artistic skills are needed and all materials are supplied. KAT PALMIERI is a functional nutritionist and healing arts practitioner whose mission is to help women transform their relationship with food, reclaim their vitality, and improve digestion through nutrition and nervous system regulation.
