For every $100 of qualifying GLI Product purchased 1 point will be added to your GLI EZ Rewards dealer account. The rewards are calculated based on distributor pricing. GLI will be posting the amount of rewards on the MyGLI Dealer Portal beginning early 2022. Dealers will need to review the LathamLink portal to account for the amount of Latham EZ Rewards earned via their Latham purchases. The combination of both GLI & Latham EZ Rewards will provide the dealer with the total rewards attributed to their dealer account. Program Details: * 1600 points in GLI / Latham purchases are needed to qualify ($100 = 1 pt) ** Incentive Meeting Services (IMS) must handle all airfare arrangements; coach seating only (upgrades to be paid by attendee) The EZ Rewards program ONLY has three reward tiers and points may not be split to earn more rooms. Dealers are limited to a maximum of two rooms regardless of the number of points earned. Dealers that qualify for the Dealer Conference but do not attend may NOT roll their points over to the following year. Dealers must obtain 75% of previous year’s sales to qualify for the conference. Baseline to qualify will be determined based upon GLI sales from 1/1/2021 - 9/30/2021.

Certain Restrictions Apply: Dealers must be enrolled in the EZ Rewards program to qualify for the Dealer Conference. Rewards are calculated based on distributor reports and/or dealer invoices. Accessories and Above Ground products/pur- chases are not eligible. The dealer is singularly responsible for submission of sales data regardless of distributor submissions. 2022 purchases made after Sept. 30, 2022 are not eligible for the 2023 Dealer Conference and all submissions must be made by Oct. 31, 2022. Attendance is subject to availability and confirmed on a first-come first-serve basis. 50% of EZ Rewards Points can be carried over into the next program year ONLY for participants who are unable to earn su ! cient points to participate in the Dealer Conference (less than 1600 points). To redeem EZ Rewards Points you must not have an outstanding payables balance and your account must be in good standing. Dealers must maintain 75% of previous year’s sales (from January 1, 2021 to September 30, 2021) to qualify for the conference. EZ Rewards program terms may change at any time. Latham is not responsible for weather related cancellations and under no circumstances will a reseller be able to redeem their reward for any travel other than for the 2023 Dealer Conference.
