THE OFFICE OF DIVERSITY & INCLUSION TEAM The Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) is a small team, but a strategic and intentional one. Our ability to work within each of our units, across our own areas, and beyond our spaces into academic and administrative places, ensures that diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts support the mission of the institution. We count on and appreciate the collaborative efforts from academic deans, department chairs, faculty, and students, in addition to the contributions of senior cabinet members, their leadership teams, and staff members throughout our institution.
