THE R.I.D.E. FRAMEWORK

INCLUSIVE EXCELLENCE FOR LEADERS WORKSHOPS This 90-minute is intended as a follow-up to our “Getting Ready to R.I.D.E.” video and is offered to both students, faculty, and staff who are leaders within their respective units or charged with leading the R.I.D.E. planning process. In this workshop, participants learn how to facilitate the R.I.D.E. Action Planning process with their teams. This process ultimately leads to the creation of a depart-mental or organizational R.I.D.E. Plan. workshop

ODI’s scope of work continues to be guided by the R.I.D.E. Framework, Wake Forest University’s framework for Inclusive Excellence (IE). ODI develops, implements, and assesses tools, resources, training and education, and consultative models that advance Inclusive Excellence among Wake Forest University students, faculty and staff.
