Dear Jeff,

I just wanted to write and tell you how pleased I am with the golf fitness program you are helping me with. I like the progress so far, and look forward to continued progress. Between home, work, and golf, it’s pretty hard for me to find time for a decent exercise plan. (Plus it’s not my favorite thing to do anyway!) When I turned 60 last fall, I knew that if I am going to enjoy golf later in life exercise was a big part of the equation. With all the driving and lifting my work involves, I was finding it harder to feel loosened up and comfortable to play. I like how you built a schedule that is workable and ‘portable’ for me to take on the road without having to find special fitness equipment. Also, the back rolling / stretching and the knee bends for quad strengthening gave me instant benefit. On a daily basis I feel better at work and during even the most simple activities too. What a bonus.

Thanks again, and I look forward to our next get together.

Golf well,

Bruce “Ozzie” Nord Grand Forks, ND

While lying down on your back, place one hand on your breast bone and one hand on your abdomen near your navel. Slowly take a deep breath in and focus on trying to get your hand on your navel to rise while the hand on your breast bone remains still. Repeat for 2 minutes.
