Matthew has over 18 years of experience in global real estate recruitment. He heads the MRG’s international business as well as leading the Real Estate Advisory team in London, working with a number of organisations to make key strategic hires across the IPC and Real Estate industry. Matthew has been a Board Director since 2017 and is a trained expert in the use of Thomas International, and their Psychometric Assessment Tools.
