Vehicle Driving
When the EBD function is working, there may be a small solenoid valve working sound, which is normal.
Traction Control System (TCS)
The TCS system detects vehicle drive wheel slippage, controls wheel braking torque and electric drive output torque, helps maintain wheel traction, prevents or reduces drive wheel slippage, and improves vehicle driving stability, acceleration performance and climbing ability. Click [Settings] - [Driving Mode] - [ESP Function] on the central control screen to turn the traction control function (TCS) on or off. If the vehicle is stuck in snow, mud or sand, it is best to turn off the traction control function to restore the electric drive output torque and increase the power to rush out of the obstacle.
Hill Hold Control (HHC)
HHC helps the driver to start more comfortably on a slope. After you release the brake pedal, the system will keep the vehicle stationary for a short time (approximately two seconds), giving you enough time to press the accelerator pedal to start, thus preventing the vehicle from rolling.
Hill Descent Control (HDC)
HDC helps you go downhill through active braking intervention. When HDC is turned on and you are driving downhill, you can change the vehicle's target speed by using the brake pedal or the accelerator pedal. HDC is off by default. You can turn the HDC function on or off by clicking [Settings] - [Driving Mode] - [Hill Descent Control] on the central control screen. When HDC is working, the working sound of the motor and valve can be heard in the vehicle, which is normal.
Comfort Stop Function (CST)
The comfort stop function is a comfort function that provides you with a smooth parking feeling when the vehicle decelerates and stops in non - emergency situations, avoiding obvious jerkiness. Click [Settings] - [Driving Mode] - [Comfort Stop] on the central control screen to turn this function on or off. After the comfort parking function is triggered, the braking distance will increase slightly. Please increase the distance from the vehicle in front or the obstacle in front appropriately.
Electric Power Steering System (EPS)
Electric Power Steering (EPS) can effectively reduce the driver's hand force on steering wheel. It makes low - speed steering light and high - speed steering steady, which is beneficial to improving driving comfort and handling stability. In the following two situations, the electric power steering system warning light is not lit, but the driver will feel the steering is heavy: • When the vehicle is stationary and steering wheel is turned frequently for a long time, the power assist effect of the electric steering system will weaken. At this time, you should avoid turning steering wheel to prevent the system from overheating. wait until the system cools down before operating.
