Brake fluid
Brake wear will cause brake fluid level to slowly drop. Brake fluid level should be checked regularly to ensure that it is between the MAX (maximum) and MIN (minimum) marks.
Check Brake Fluid Level in the Reservoir
If Brake fluid level in the reservoir is low, add brake fluid to the "MAX" position.
The fluid level will decrease as mileage increases, which is a normal phenomenon related to the wear of the brake friction linings. When the fluid level is too low, the system performance may be affected. If the brake system fault indicator lights up, you need to check whether brake fluid level is low. If the fluid level is abnormally low, go to a Changan Automobile authorized dealer to check the brake system.
CAUTION
Before removing the oil reservoir cap and adding brake fluid, you should completely clean the area around the oil reservoir to prevent dirt from entering. Be sure to exhaust the air in the brake pipe system after each brake fluid change.
Warning
Waterless, clean brake fluid must be used; contamination from dust, water, petroleum products or other materials may cause damage to the brake system and cause malfunctions. When replacing or adding brake fluid, you must use the specified brake fluid and do not mix different types of fluids, otherwise the braking performance may be reduced.
DANGER
It is strictly forbidden for the oil to come into contact with the skin or enter the eyes. If this happens accidentally, immediately rinse the contacted area with plenty of water. If the condition is serious, please seek medical attention as soon as possible.
