YOUR FORTE is not just an offering. It’s a deliverable for each person who engages the process. For them it becomes a personal role, career and life strategic plan – aimed directionally at their personal North Star – their purpose.

It begins with getting clear on one’s most optimizable gifts and assets. Through assessments, diagnostics and coaching sessions to better understand each person’s ideal work construct. From there, we connect those assets to their purpose to develop their plan.

From there, we’re able to translate purpose (what you’re going to do) to visions (what will you see once you’ve done it). Those visions are then time box articulated as THINK BIG, START SMALL, GROW FAST to which we can now layout vision snapshots, goals and action items. Then its on to execution.
