Backward Warning Aid System
Overview of the system
Backward warning aid system includes merge assistance (blind spot monitoring, lane change collision warning), rear crossing traffic alert, rear collision warning and side exit alert functions. The system target monitoring control unit (millimeter wave radar sensor) is installed on the left / right sides inside the rear bumper.
Warning
The rear warning aid system is only a driving aid device, which can’t help avoid collision or reduce collision hazards. Please pay attention to the surrounding environment during driving and drive safely. The rear warning auxiliary system is mainly used for moving vehicles, and it is possible to recognize smaller objects such as bicycles, pedestrians and baby carriages under favorable conditions.
Don’t modify the sensor, install accessories, or attach labels in the surrounding area.
Don’t disassemble or swap sensors without permission.
CAUTION
Due to the sensor detection principle, the system may not function properly in the following situations (but not limited to) • It doesn't apply to vehicles traveling in the opposite direction, stationary vehicles or other objects.

Travel on muddy/sandy/snowy roads.
•
In severe weather (such as rainstorm/fog/snow)
•
Drive on steep slopes and curves.
•
A vehicle is towed behind this vehicle.
