Vehicle Driving
Low speed pedestrian alarm
Electric vehicles make less noise while driving. In order to attract the attention of pedestrians on the road, the outside of the vehicle is equipped with a low - speed driving speaker. When the speed is low, the speaker will sound to remind pedestrians that a vehicle is approaching. When the function is enabled, the vehicle will emit a warning tone when the driving speed is <30km/h or when reversing. From 0 to 20km/h, the warning tone will increase in volume and pitch with the increase in vehicle speed, while from 20km/h to 30km/h, the warning tone will gradually decrease and disappear with the increase in vehicle speed. The logic for reversing and moving forward tones is consistent.
Sound Settings
Enter the sound control interface through [Settings] - [Sound] - [Low Speed Pedestrian Alarm] on the central control screen, and you can turn off this function or choose different sound effects according to your preferences.
Quick Settings
Swipe right on the central control screen to quickly turn this function on or off.
Tips
• The low - speed pedestrian warning tone can be temporarily turned off. After turning it off, there will be a warning tone and a text reminder, and it will be automatically turned on again the next time the vehicle is powered on (there is a risk of pedestrian warning after it is turned off). • The sound warning system is off only when there are no pedestrians within a short distance and the surroundings are clear.
CAUTION
To attract the attention of pedestrians on the road, the vehicle should keep the low - speed pedestrian alarm turned on. When the low - speed driving warning sound is temporarily turned off, the driver needs to pay attention to the surrounding environment and drive carefully.
