● If the NFC function Mobile phone is turned on, the NFC interface pop - up window will automatically appear when mobile phone is placed in the wireless charging panel area. This is a normal phenomenon. ● When you press the brake pedal and the vehicle enters ready mode, wireless charging will be interrupted for a short time.
● Thick or metal mobile phone case may cause charging failure.
● During the vehicle OTA process, the wireless charging function will be unavailable.
CAUTION
• Do not place cards with chips, such as ID cards and bank cards, on the charging area when using wireless charging to avoid damaging the cards. • Do not spill liquid in storage box to prevent the liquid from entering the wireless charging module through the heat dissipation vents and causing the wireless charging module to malfunction. • Do not add decorative pads on the wireless charging panel to avoid affecting the heat dissipation and charging speed of mobile phone. • The wireless charging function for mobile phone will heat metal. Please make sure there is no metal foreign object on the back of the mobile phone and in the charging area before starting charging. Otherwise, the metal foreign object may be heated or damaged, or even cause a safety accident. The metallic foreign matter here refers to other objects with metal components, including but not limited to chips, magnetic cards, etc.
