Tour the facilities and help an animal in need. Girls will get a behind-the-scenes tour of our facilities while providing 1 hour of community service. The community service project will involve a non-contact animal project that will directly affect the quality of life and well-being of animals at our facility.
It takes a village! Learn what it means to be a community and the different supporting roles that are needed to keep a community strong. Girls will participate in a cooperative game and a "thank you" activity, tour the new exhibit, and play at KidScape.

Create the community of your dreams! Girls will watch the story of Johnson County and then will work together to build their own city from selecting a mayor to planning infrastructure like roads, buildings, and landscapes. The program includes a tour of the museum exhibit and exploration of KidScape.
