Girls will explore the qualifications college seek and identify how the knowledge and skills they possess as Girl Scouts will help to strengthen their college applications. Girls will explore the qualifications college seek and identify how the knowledge and skills they possess as Girl Scouts will help to strengthen their college applications. A strong college entrance essay could make all the difference! Girls will learn to write an effective personal statement and a great supplemental essay that showcases their knowledge and skills gained through Girl Scouts. Girls will explore the latest trends around college admission standardized tests and discover resources to help them choose the right test and prep plan for them.
Just Like You Films offer Girls the chance to see how other children, who are living with unique circumstances, aren't defined by them and how they are just like them. Film topics include burns, cancer, down syndrome, autism, facial anomalies, diabetes, anti-bullying pledge, anxiety, and depression.
