City of Lee’s Summit Environmental Programs 220 SE Green Street, Lee’s Summit, MO 64063 | Troop meeting within Cass and Jackson Counties. Lee’s Summit Environmental creates unique programs on water conversation, water quality, the water cycle, environmental awareness, or environmental resources for troops to help them complete their Petals or Journeys requirements.
