The Flint Hills Discovery Center inspires people to celebrate, explore, and care for the Flint Hills. To accomplish this, they have developed an extensive array of exhibits and programs that are exciting, educational, and authentic, to engage visitors of all ages from all walks of life. Level Up Robots is a hands-on robotics learning studio for middle and high school students to learn about robot design, build, and programming. Workshops are offered on Mondays and Saturdays. To register, complete the registration form.

Earn and receive your Robot Design badge using real robots! Girls will learn how to design and modify a robot to successfully complete a specific challenge. This workshop will fulfill all the requirements needed to earn and receive badge 1 in the Robotics series. Length : 1.5 hours. Earn and receive your Robot Programming badge! Girls will learn basic programming to complete a series of challenges. This workshop will fulfill all the requirements needed to earn and receive badge 2 in the Robotics series. Length : 1.5 hours.
