GET ZEN Yoga is back at OCC and suitable for all fitness levels. ➳ Mornings are made more magical when you take a yoga class with friends in beautiful settings at the Club. Classes are at 6:15 a.m. on Tuesdays in the Ocean Room and Fridays at OCC Beach. Hatha Yoga is a gentle flow focusing on the connection between breath and body. Regardless of your fitness level, your teacher, Alexandra Henry, will work with you to deepen your relationship with yourself. “Yoga can enhance the physical perfor- mance of paddlers by improving flexibility, balance, and core strength, Alexandra says. “Additionally, mind- fulness and breathing techniques learned in yoga can help paddlers stay focused and calm during challenging conditions on the water.”
