W e had a great break out session for ServiceTitan Mobile 2.0 during the 2017 Power Conference. There was great attendance, excellent input and awesome exchanges of ideas. As you know, ServiceTitan is capable of many things and that most of us under utilize its capabilities. However, we should maximize the mobile side as much as we can to make the Service Professional’s job as easy as possible. Here are just some of the great takeaways from our session. • Make sure and add Circuit Restoration tasks to the MPG. • Add a task for “Dispatch Fee- $0.00” or “Dispatch Fee Waived.” This really shows value to the customer as so many of our competitors are charging dispatch fees. • Set up estimate templates for some of the common jobs and situations. This will help the Service Professionals as they will already have some estimates built that they can work with. • Get content in your content portal. Some ideas we’re adding are the customer surge protection video, the stalls and objections cheat sheet and a list of the advantage plan perks. • Add a task at $0.00 for “Financing Available.” This could be added to quotes to further remind the customer that financing is an option. • Make sure to adjust the settings so that the Service Professionals

only get and see one job at a time. This can actually lower their stress level as they are not thinking about all that is going on that day. Instead, they are only thinking of the one job they are on.

Again, it was a great session. We should all remember that the Service Professional’s job is to get and keep customers. By making their point of sale software as user friendly as possible, it will help them provide better customer service.
