CAMP DIP
Our neighbors, Amanda and Taylor, recently brought over a delicious camp dip to enjoy while watching the LSU game. It was perfect for game day and a hit with everyone. INGREDIENTS • 1 lb pork sausage • 10oz can Ro•Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained • 16oz package Velveeta cheese cut into 1/2 inch cubes • 1/2 cup diced yellow onion
is translucent. Drain well, then return the sausage and onion to the skillet. 3. Add the undrained Ro•Tel, cubed Velveeta cheese, and black pepper to the skillet with the sausage, onion, and garlic. 4. Turn the heat down to low and continue to cook, stirring often, until the cheese is melted and everything is well combined. 5. Serve hot with tortillas or chips .
