NEW! Offer your Reward Points! OFFER YOUR REWARD POINTS!

Meeting Planner , you can now transfer your points to other active members.

Number of beneficiaries = 15 each year with a maximum of 30 transfers per year with no limit of points.

The points transfer is an online process; you will have to call the customer care who’s in charge of transferring the points.

To transfer your points, depending on your country and your membership status, just contact ALL customer service by visiting all.accor.com and clicking on “Support”. The telephone number for your geographical area will be displayed.

USE YOUR REWARDS POINTS AT THE HOTEL, TWO SITUATIONS :

HOW TO USE YOUR MEETING PLANNER POINTS ?

1 The Meeting Planner is present during the burn : He goes to the reception to ask to burn in meeting and receives a « burn code » by text/email.

2 The Meeting Planner is not present during the burn: He calls the hotel’s Reception to inform them he wishes to burn in meeting. He receives the « burn code » during the call, shares it with the Receptionist, who then proceeds with the burn.

He shares this code with the receptionist, who will then process the burn.

Eligible events ❖ Business groups from 8 participants or 8 rooms

The beneficiary does not have to attend the meeting in order to receive ALL Meeting Planner points. The first beneficiary is the signatory with the hotel. If the signatory decides not to collect ALL Meeting Planner points, these points can be credited to another ALL Meeting Planner member’s account, who is involved in the event and eligible to collect points, when requested upon booking. If both Corporate Meeting Planner and their agent are members and wish to claim points, the hotel (upon agreement with the signatory) can to split the points equally and reward both the agent and the Corporate Meeting Planner.

Non eligible events ❖ Leisure groups ❖ Private events (weddings, birthdays…), unless they are organized by a professional ❖ Sport and entertainment events unless they are organized by a professional Qualified charges ❖ Accommodation, F&B (banquet), meeting room rental and eligible incidentals Excluded charges ❖ Any associated tax, gratuity, service fee, any outside vendor/supplier charge or any non-eligible incidental. ❖ The points are credited when the total event/meeting bill is settled.
