What happens after an MDT meeting? After the meeting, a member of the MDT will:
• inform you of the outcome either face-to-face or over the phone • offer you spoken and written information about your care and treat • offer you the opportunity to ask questions and talk about how you a • send a copy of the MDT meeting record to your GP / the healthcare • keep your GP up-to-date with your care and treatment - usually by • offer you copies of letters written about your care to other health pr • offer you access to a clinical nurse specialist (CNS), especially wh happened • let you know about local and national support services • regularly review your case - unless the MDT outcome and agreed to another service.
