Neuroendocrine Cancer UK Counselling Team (RareMinds) We offer a free, confidential service for patients and supporters, family members or close friends. Our counsellors have a specialised understanding of the complex issues that can arise in being diagnosed, and living with, neuroendocrine cancer. You can arrange to speak to one of our counsellors by emailing: ncuk-counselling@rareminds.org We also run group therapy programmes - offering a supportive, confidential space to share experiences and information - including group exploration of common themes, discussions around practical and emotional coping strategies, and discovery of useful resources. If you do not feel the need, or are not ready to talk to a counsellor, but would nevertheless welcome some support, the following resources may be useful (please click on links as required): • Neuroendocrine Cancer UK Support Services • the Centre for Clinical Interventions provides information resources for self-care, and family support • NHS Mental Health Self-Help page offers tips, guides, tools and activities to support and improve mental health and well- being
