The BDO Corporate Finance team in France provided transaction services support to TRAJAN, a private equity fund which partners with ambitious entrepreneurs, in the context of its investment in adfinitas. Adfinitas is a European data-driven marketing and communication agency dedicated to non-profit organizations. With TRAJAN as a new growth partner, adfinitas aims to become the leading data-driven agency focused on philanthropy on a European scale. In the years ahead, adfinitas aims at broadening its services offering and performing build-up acquisitions. The Group has a turnover of EUR20 million and achieved an average annual growth rate of more than +20% for the last three years.
