Polygon acquired SaT France and SaT Luxembourg
The BDOTransaction Services team in France assisted Polygon Group in its acquisition of the SaT Group, which specialises in asbestos removal and decontamination, particularly in the energy sector. Through this acquisition, Polygon Group completes its service offering in France but will also benefit from SaT's know-how to address other markets in Europe. Polygon Group, formerly owned by Triton Partners, has been sold to funds managed by AEA Investors LP. AEA, together with the management team acquired 100 percent ownership of Polygon.
