Vendor due diligence on FriskGruppenwhich was sold to Falck
The BDOTransaction Services team in Norway assisted the PE owner of Frisk Gruppen with a financial VDD and databook in a structured sales process to Falck A/S.
Norwegian company Frisk Gruppen specializes in labour market services, occupational health services and specialist healthcare. Falck is a global market leader in emergency response and healthcare services. With the acquisition Falck will significantly strengthen its footprint as a healthcare service provider in Scandinavia. Frisk Gruppen was owned by Credo Partners AS, an investment firm focusing on scaling up small and medium sized businesses in Norway and Denmark in partnership with entrepreneurs and investors.
