Recommended Actions Based on the infrastructure assessment and an overlay of all measures, improvements and the highest areas of need are identified. The following locations are recommended focus areas to improve existing critical infrastructure based on the current conditions. The improvements are recommended to serve community amenities and encourage redevelopment of competitive sites, redevelopment sites, and existing industrial and vacant properties.
