Acquisition of Elaboradora de Envases S.A. (EDENSA) by Metalpren
The BDO Transaction Services team in Chile provided a buy-side due diligence to the Peru based metal containers and lids manufacturer 'Metalpren' on the acquisition of 'EDENSA', a Chilean tin containers producer with more tan 50 years of experience. EDENSA is a leader in the industry with participations in the fruit and vegetable, fishing, paint and other markets.
BDO supported HELUZ, a local brick manufacturer during the acquisition
Acquisition of IZOS by Heluz
of a local insulating glass manufacturer.
The BDO Transaction Services team in the Czech Republic provided financial and tax due diligence services to HELUZ in connection with the acquisition of IZOS, a local insulating glass manufacturer. The Prague based Transaction Services team also assisted with purchase price negotiations and provided SPA advisory to HELUZ.
