Valuation of St. Vincent Co-operative Bank Limited
The BDO Corporate Finance team in Georgia worked with BDO Eastern Caribbean on the valuation of 100% shares of St. Vincent Co-operative Bank Limited, one of the oldest indigenous financial institutions in St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The St. Vincent Co-operative Bank Limited officially opened its doors on 1st February 1945, operating under a license issued by the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) and regulated under the Banking Act of 2015 and the laws of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. The Bank is engaged in retail banking and mortgage financing activities, more specifically its operations have historically been primarily of a Savings and Loans nature as well as Deposits and ATM services since 2010.
The BDO Corporate Finance team in Germany advised Evonik Industries on the acquisition of Barcelona based Infinitec Activos. Evonik Industries, is one of the world leaders in specialty chemicals active in more than 100 countries, generating sales of EUR12.2 billion with 33,000 employees. Infinitec Activos S.L. is a Barcelona based speciality chemical group, whose research and innovation focusses on building the next generation of cosmetic delivery systems for cosmetic active ingredient applications.
