Acquisition of Outscope Solutions, S.A. and DigitMarket – Sistemas de Informação, S.A. by Claranet Portugal, S.A.
The BDOTransaction Services team in Portugal performed a financial and tax due diligence for Claranet in connection with the acquisition of Outscope Solutions, S.A. and DigitMarket – Sistemas de Informação, S.A., both operating in the IT sector.
The BDO Corporate Finance team in Serbia advised UK based ventilation manufacturer Volution Group plc in the acquisition of Energy Recovery Industries (ERI). BDO Serbia was supported by BDO Transaction Services teams from North Macedonia, Italy and Spain. Volution Group plc is a leading international designer and manufacturer of energy efficient indoor air quality solutions. ERI Group is a leading manufacturer and supplier of low-carbon, energy efficient heat exchanger cells with companies operating in North Macedonia, Italy, Spain and the UK. BDO supported Volution Group plc with financial, tax and legal due diligence, preparation of the share purchase agreement and closing of the transaction.
