Acquisition of Endalia, S.L. by Accel-KKR LLC
The BDO Transaction Services teams in Spain and the USA provided financial and tax due diligence services to Accel-KKR LLC in connection with the acquisition of Endalia S.L. Silicon Valley-headquartered Accel-KKR, a software focused investment firm, acquired a majority stake in Endalia, a Spanish provider of human resource management software. Accel-KKR intends to accelerate the company's organic growth and pursue a buy-and-build strategy with strategic acquisition opportunities.
The BDO Transaction Services team in Spain provided financial, tax and labour due diligence services in connection with the merger of seven Spain-based family-owned groups, resulting in the creation of Soluciones Integrales, Eficientes y Tecnicas para la Edificacion (Grupo Siete), the third largest distributor of construction materials in Spain focused on the professional channel, with almost EUR90 million in consolidated turnover. The new group is focused on the distribution of components for heating, air conditioning, plumbing, sanitation, civil works and construction materials. The company plans to grow through acquisitions and is open to new partners.
