Purchase Price Allocation of digital media firm Raccoon
BDO Brazil, working with BDO UK, assisted S4 Capital (MightyHive) in the Purchase Price Allocation of the Brazilian digital media firm Raccoon. The Raccoon group, consisting of four companies, specialises in digital search and data analytics. Among their clients are major players in the Brazilian market, such as Natura, 99apps, XP Inc., Google, Nubank, C&A, Grupo Big and Yduqs, etc. BDO Brazil's Corporate Finance team assisted S4 in their second transaction in the country. S4 has done over 25 transactions worldwide, in over 30 countries, to build a holding firm focused on data, media and content in digital advertising.
