Lot 30 is a nicely balanced black Red Angus bull that will be great for those producers retaining ownership of calves through harvest. He recorded the highest ADG of all bulls in the New York Red Angus Development program as well as one of the larger ultrasound ribeye area measurements. Lot 30 was sired by PMRA Oak 226K, who was bred by Monarda Farms and purchased in the inaugural Right on Red Sale in 2023. Consigned by Limestone Run Farms. At the 2024 Chappell Red Angus Sale, Limestone Run Farms had the opportunity to pur - chase Lot 31’s sire, Chappell Daytona L477. This bull has 12 EPDs in the top 21% of the Red Angus breed. Chappell Daytona L477, Lot 31’s sire, has a tremendous EPD profile including being in the top 1% of the Red Angus breed for ProS and Herdbuilder. His dam, a Bieber Hard Drive Y120 daughter born in 2013, is still in the top 3% of the Red Angus breed for Gridmaster as well as the top 15% of the breed for weaning and yearling weight.
