Yearling Red Angus Heifers
Chappell Daytona L477 At the 2024 Chappell Red Angus Sale, Limestone Run Farms had the opportunity to purchase Lot 62’s sire, Chappell Daytona L477. He was a young sire prospect that had an elite pedigree along with an elite EPD profile. He was a curve bender blending calving ease, high growth and excellent maternal in one package. To make a long story short, Limestone Run Farms brought him home and Lots 31, 62 and 63 are some of his first progeny. LIM Cinch N111

Lot 63 - LIM Lakota N116
Consigned by Limestone Run Farms. You can tell the sire of Lot 8, Chappell Daytona L477, likes to stamp his daughters with that brood cow look! When you combine him with the Lakota family of females, you end up with the likes of Lot 8. She is a powerful growth female that will excel in making feeder calves that shine through harvest. She is in the top 6% of the Red Angus breed for weaning weight, yearling weight and ADG EPD values. Combine that with a top 33% ProS and top 18% Gridmaster index, and you have a standout female out of a second calf heifer.
