SALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

• All animals sell with a breeding guarantee. • All bulls have passed a breeding soundness exam with - in 30 days of the sale. • All bulls 18 months or older are negative for Tritricho - monas (Trich) within 30 days of the sale. • All animals developed at the NYRAA Development Center are negative for BVD-PI. • Cattle developed at the NYRAA Development Program were vaccinated and boostered for blackleg, BVD- BRSV-IBR-PI 3 , Mannheimia haemolytica, Histophilus somni and lepto prior to arrival. Cattle were given Titanium 5 L5 HB on 1/10/26. They were treated with Cylence in December 2025. • Guarantee terms follow guidelines set forth by the Red Angus Association of America.

TERMS : Cash or good check. Cattle will be sold to the highest bidder. The auctioneer shall settle any disputes as to bids. All cattle are to be paid for by the purchaser during or immediately after the sale and will not be released until after settlement has been made. Each animal will be at the purchaser’s risk immedi - ately after it is sold. HEALTH: The health of the cattle selling is excellent. Each animal is ready for interstate shipment. GUARANTEE: Animals will be sold under the Red Angus Associa- tion of America Recommended Terms of Sale for Auctions (www. redangus.org). BREEDING GURANTEE: All animals are guaranteed by the Seller to be breeders, with the exception of: i. Calves less than 12 months of age; ii. Any females placed in an embryo transfer program and sub - jected to super-ovulation; or iii. Gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Buyer. Females sold as safe in calf have been examined by a compe - tent veterinarian or have been guaranteed safe in calf through a blood test. Females sold as open are guaranteed to be without calf. Bulls have passed a semen evaluation. EXPECTED PROGENY DIFFERENCES (EPDs): EPDs listed in the cat - alog were current 3/16/2026. Most current EPDs can be viewed online at redangus.org for Red Angus cattle.. LIVESTOCK INSURANCE: Insurance for your purchases will be available sale day. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Announcements made sale day from the auction block will take precedence over statements in the cata - log or other advertising. We reserve the right to withdraw any sale lot not meeting our specifications prior to sale time. LIABILITY: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. Neither the New York Red Angus Association, Seneca County Fairgrounds, Blackbelt Cattle Marketing, the sale managers, the owners nor any other persons connected with the sale assume liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents or loss of property. As the sale manager, Blackbelt Cattle Marketing has no responsibili - ties other than those involved in conducting the sale.

Any animal displaying the GGP logo on their pedigree is: • Parent verified • Genomically enhanced, which increases EPD accuracy

INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT

We strongly encourage buyers to protect their invest - ments. There will be the opportunity to purchase livestock risk insurance at checkout. This is especially important if animals are staying at the NYRAA Development Program prior to being shipped to their new home.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

We will work with you to ensure delivery is as straightfor - ward as possible. • Free delivery to your farm/ranch with total purchase of $20,000 or more in registered cattle • Flat rate trucking available to centralized U.S. delivery points (see page 5) on animals selling for $4000 or more. • Assistance with trucking coordination available upon request.

day. They should be fed during the breeding season too. • Young bulls should be limited to a minimum number of females to service. The rule of thumb is 1 female/ month of age of the bull. So, if a bull is 16 mo. old at turnout, there should only be 16 females in the pas - ture. Breeding season should be limited to 60 days. • Target growth rate on heifers is 1 lb/day. They should weigh 80% of their mature weight at calving with a body condition score of 6.

• To protect the health of the newly purchased animals and your herd, separate the newly purchased animals from the rest of the herd for a minimum of 3 weeks and preferably 30 days. • Yearling bulls still have a lot of growing to do. They need to be fed. They have been on a silage/halage based diet. They need to receive 2.2% of their body weight (25 to 35 lbs/day) of balage or hay plus 1 to 2 lbs of protein.
