Trust, provides details of how to produce the best business case and get your ideas heard Karen Beckett ChFCIPP, Head of Payroll and Benefits, Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation So, how do you get your voice heard? The first and most important aspect to getting your voice heard is to find your key allies. They’re the people who’ll support the payroll professional in getting the payroll function’s voice heard. They will take forward the information the payroll professional needs to be raised to the executive team, so that decisions can be made. You’ll also need to be aware of those who need more convincing than your allies. Once you know who they are, you’ll be able to understand what information you need and how to present it.
