It’s also important we stay firmly committed to the culture and values that have helped us achieve success. One of those values is our plan for the future, which we call Always Averitt. This ensures our unique culture thrives for generations to come. Our future has never been and will never be about just one person. It’s always been about the thousands of people who have joined this team and shared our vision. Always Averitt specifically addresses how our team progresses over the long-term. This includes our leadership structure, our Averitt Charities program and ensuring we stay independent, all of which benefit our customers and our associates. LEADING INTO THE FUTURE An important part of Always Averitt is consistency in strong leadership through our Management Team. This team consists of all our vice presidents, each of whom has demonstrated their long-term commitment to Averitt and excelled in their responsibilities. Members of the Management Team have been selected – and always will be selected – from our best leaders, coaches and teachers. They have worked diligently to develop our associates in reaching their full potential, advance the Averitt culture and help us remain independent. Additionally, this team will continue to maintain a clear vision for the future through innovation, creativity, development of our people, investments in our infrastructure, and a steadfast commitment to remaining financially independent for generations to come. AVERITT CHARITIES Another important part of our long-term plan is ensuring and growing our Averitt Charities program, which includes Averitt Cares for Kids and the Team Up Community Challenge. We are firmly committed to nurture our communities, our associates, and our company through the good works of Averitt Charities. Our plan also specifically spells out how our team will continue to make matching contributions to Averitt Charities in recognition of our associates’ accomplishments, participation in community service projects, and life events.
