Next-gen talent looks for psychological safety and intellectual validation : net positive experiences, a sense of purpose, and current, curated policies catering to emerging circumstances and contexts. That said, the current skills gap can also significantly be attributed to several structural factors , such as a shortfall in the number of graduates in specialty fields, insufficient training and development structures, and irrelevance of incentives offered by some legacies.
