ملخص: هـذه الدراسـة عبـارة عـن دراسـة قانونيـة مسـحية مقارنـة، تتطـرق لتنـاول دسـاتير دول العالـم ملسـألة حظـر التمييـز ىلع أسـاس الديـن، وتـدرس مـدى تأثيـر طبيعـة النظـم السياسـية يف شـكليات التعاطـي الدسـتوري مـن حيـث نوعيـة املخاطبيـن بأحـكام الدسـاتير، وتبحـث الدراسـة أيضـا العالقـات والروابـط بيـن الدسـاتير التـي تحظــر التمييــز الدينــي وكيفيــة تنــاول هــذه الدســاتير لعالقــة الديــن بالدولــة، سـكوتا، أو نفيـا، أو إثباتـا. التمييز، الدين، الدساتير، نظم سياسية، العلمانية كلمات مفتاحية: Abstract: This study is a comparative legal survey study of the constitutions of various countries that pertains to the issue of prohibiting discrimination on the basis of religion. It examines the impact of the nature of political systems on the forms of constitutional drafting in terms of the nature of those addressing the provisions of constitutions. The study also examines the relationships and links between constitutions that prohibit religious discrimination and how they address the relationship between religion and state, whether through silence, denial or assertion.
