• the purchaser’s date of birth is supplied to prevent sales to minors;
Liquor delivery - legislative requirements
• the Commissioner for Licensing’s notice is displayed on the website; and
Under the Liquor Licensing Act, all liquor licensees are responsible for the delivery of liquor that they sell.
• written instructions are supplied to the delivery driver, requiring that the liquor be delivered to the adult who placed the order or another authorised adult at the delivery premises.
When licensees engage with liquor delivery services such as Uber Eats and DoorDash, licensees are responsible for complying with the requirements of legislation, including requirements that liquor not be sold to minors or to intoxicated persons.

When online sales occur, a licensee must ensure:
• the liquor licence number of the seller is prominently displayed on the website;
