• The College shall have the right to revoke or terminate any agreement without liability whenever the College sees it in its best interest to do so. • Failure on the part of the applicant to adhere to the above procedures and guidelines will result in denial of future use. • These rules and regulations are subject to change at any time as deemed necessary when in the College’s best interest. • A cancellation fee of 25% of the original Facility Usage Agreement may be assessed if cancellation occurs within seven (7) days of the event.
