Critical decision making - Every day we get a chance to make a choice Want to move students work ethic from mediocre to ‘Navy Seal’ superb We're not just teaching trade, we’re teaching mindset The objective of the experience is to get into their minds [and provide the support, encouragement, tough love and resources - all at the right time just when they need it.
