PROGRAM APPROACH

6 months to a year experience  Teach life skills while learning a trade  Hydraulics,

 Air conditioning  Paint and body  Fabrication

Critical to focus on shifting mindset for participants  Let them know they can do what they set out to do and commit to the work to do  Works with 4 – 6 youth at a time  Driving for participants is on average 30 minutes a day  Experience includes breakfast and lunch

 Critical decision making - Every day we get a chance to make a choice  Want to move students work ethic from mediocre to ‘Navy Seal’ superb  We're not just teaching trade, we’re teaching mindset  The objective of the experience is to get into their minds [and provide the support, encouragement, tough love and resources - all at the right time just when they need it.  Learn A Positive Approach To Conquer The Day & Win At Life.  The majority of our boys drop out of school by the time they get in ninth grade. Those that don't drop out at ninth, drop out in tenth.

To date there have been about 30 participants

Primarily in Forrest Park, Southwest Atlanta areas  Court referrals
