Graduating from the University of Virginia in 2012, she wasted no time in diving headfirst into the world of construction. “I started out working for a semi- custom home builder in Lake Nona, Orlando,” Hilary recalls. “There, I managed multiple projects, gaining invaluable hands-on experience and learning the nuances of residential construction.” industry began Her early career was marked by rapid growth and exposure to a variety of projects. After three years in residential construction, Hilary transitioned to the commercial sector, joining Brasfield & Gorrie, a major player in the construction industry. “In the commercial space, I was managing healthcare projects, which were large-scale and high-stakes,” she explains. “The work was challenging but incredibly rewarding, and it taught me the importance of organization and precision.” These formative years were instrumental in shaping Hilary’s vision for Stalder Construction.
